Headquartered in Karjalohja, Finland, KÄÄPÄ is one of the only producers in the world to operate large-scale forest cultivation of Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) on live birch trees — a method that mirrors the species' wild ecology and produces dual-extracted concentrates with higher beta-glucan and polysaccharide content than conventional lab-grown alternatives.
